Almost everybody loves sugar but we know that too much sugar is bad for our health.It can have harmful effects on metabolism and contribute to all sorts of diseases. Most of the meals and the beverages we have or eat contains a large amount of added sugar which is not right for our health,because of the effects the have on us.

WHY TOO MUCH SUGAR IS BAD.....

1.)GAIN WEIGHT

Excessive sugar in your diet can not only make you gain weight, but can also negatively affect your overall health. Most people can get so addicted to sugar which causes them to lose control over their consumption. One of the most important things you can do if you need to lose weight is to significantly cut back on sugar consumption.

2.)BAD FOR YOUR TEETH

Sugar causes tooth decay and also give digestible energy to the bad bacteria in the mouth.Especially in kids because of their love for sugar. To avoid tooth decay, cut down on your sugar intake.

3.)LIVER DISEASES

Too much sugar in meals or beverages could cause the liver to over work itself. Added sugars triggers your liver to store fat more efficiently, and in weird places. Avoid beverages with lots of added sugar including some of the smoothies.

4.)SUGAR CAN CAUSE CANCER

High-sugar diets are associated with obesity and diabetes, both of which increase the likelihood someone will develop cancer. STOP taking substances that contains sugarif you are prone to having cancer.

5.)HEART DISEASES

Recent research suggests that the consumption of too much sugar might stack the odds against your heart health.Heart failure may starts when fed a diet high in sugar (when compared to high-starch and high-fat diets).

So we should try as much as possible to cut down our intake of sugar in order to prevent diseases and bad health issues.
