Weight management helps you feel,look and think better, achieving a healthier and normal body weight is good for your health and well being. If a person is over weight there are risk of developing diseases or sicknesses of different kinds starting with obesity.

I will give you few steps on weight management........................................

1. WHAT YOU TAKE INTO YOUR SYSTEM:

Start by identifying and controlling what you eat and drink, you can start by identifying what you've already eaten today and keep track on it.

2.HAVE A HEALTHY FOOD SCHEDULE:

Having a food schedule or plan could help you manage your weight and also be a guide to help you choose meals and drinks that meet your nutrient needs while staying within your weight limits.It will expose you to the 5 food groups and the amounts you eat and drink will be controlled.Following your food schedule can help you gradually lose weight.

3.CUT DOWN YOUR PORTION INTAKE:

The less amount of food portion you take in may play a role in your weight management,that is if you eat full plate of pasta,you may want to start eating half plate. smaller portions can help you lose weight and keep it off.

4.HAVE YOUR COMPLETE THREE SQUARE MEALS:

Try as much as possible to have your three square meals everyday especially the breakfast because it helps to provide and store up energy. Researchers has it that persons who eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight and more likely to be within their ideal weight range compared to persons that skip breakfast. Try as much as possible not to eat after 7,when hungry eat fruits or nuts.

5.TAKE LOTS OF WATER:

Water helps to reduce and elimate toxins in the water and if the body does not get enough water,it will retain the one it has which may lead to gaining weight. Water helps the body to metabolize fat.

6.DAILY EASY WORK-OUTS:

physically active can help you achieve a healthy weight and prevent excess weight gain. So for your daily routine, you could choose to walk,jog,hiking,biking,taking your dog for a walking,swimming,dancing,playing a soccer,etc but it all depends on the food portion you take in as an individual.

7. GET SOME SLEEP:

Missing out on sleep can cause weight gain and not sleeping could encourage night-snacking which is not good for the body. sleeping helps to burn calories and helps the brain to focus.
