PEDICURE MADE SO EASY..........

I noticed that most people don''t care about their feet and toenails the way the care about

their hands and finger nails.... that is so bad because the deserve to be looked out for because we use the feet every single day.

Pedicures are done not only to make your toes beautiful and attractive, but for Your feet to end up smooth and moisturised, and your toes perfectly shaped and well polished.

Pedicure is so easy this days that you could do it yourself without going to a spa to get it done for you and doing it yourself from time to time will help prevent nail diseases like Athlete's Foot, fungus and ingrown toenails.

So am going to reveal to you my easy at-home pedicure procedure which i use for my feet and toenails.............................

FIRSTLY,i begin with taking out my old polish, cut off long nails and corner ingrowth of toenails.

Soak your feet into a large bowl with warm water. Throw in bath salts, your favorite aromatherapy oils orEpsom salt and soak feet for 10 minutes. The more cracked and calloused your feet, the longer they need to stay in.

While your feet enjoy their soak, gently scrub away any dirt or old skin once it has softened up.Exfoliate with a foot care scrub to ensure any stubborn skin is removed and treat them with moisturising lotion. Apply a cuticle remover product, which helps loosen the cuticle so that it easily slides away from the nail.

After they pamper, it will be time to take care of your toenails. An orange stick will be used to push back your cuticles and a further filing of your toenails may take place to ensure perfection.

Then polish your toenails with your favourite colours and Finish with a fast-drying, high-gloss top coat that protects the polish and prolongs the pedicure.

These wonderful treatments will transform your tired and rough looking feet into a gorgeous and attractive feet.
