When I talk about foods that can calm your stress down , I don't mean foods that comfort you or food you find comfortable eating. Am talking about foods that will truly and successfully calm your stress down.

Most people think that eating alot of their favourite food would or could calm them down ,NO it doesn't really work that way because you get to realize at the end of the day you taking alot of carbs and still you are stressed. so the basic thing to do about your stress is to research about foods,snack,meals and drinks that can help take away stress.

Today, i will be telling us about they different foods ,snacks or meals that are okay for stress and body calmness.

Blueberries,green tea,avacados,garlics,chocolates,oatmeal,oysters,oranges,walnuts e.t.c. There are so many of them you could add to your food menu or schedule from today.
