I checked my weight yesterday, only to find out that i was weighing 79.6kg and i realized that i have left myself for so long,no workouts and less exercise. So i have made my chart for diet and workouts to help me control my weight.
I think the weighing-in also acts as an important device, making you aware of food and enabling you to make choices that are consistent with your weight. Weigh-in on a scale and tracking on a chart every day acts as enforce of behavior that helps reduce weight and keep it off - such as eating less, and workouts.
So you need to get a scale and an excel spreadsheet or even a piece of graph paper so that you could keep a check on your weight from time to time,to know whether you are adding in weight and size or you are lossing your weight.
